What is being procured?

IDA Ireland invites Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced firms for industrial property management services (Services). IDA Ireland has plans to re-develop its 4,600 sq mt Office Building in National Technology Park Limerick and has secured a tenant for partial occupancy of the building, the remainder of the building will need to be refurbished and marketed for occupation. There will be a Construction and fit-out project commenced during the contract period. The design of the building is made up of three floors, in an L-shaped design. The secured tenant will take one side of the ground floor and one side of the first floor.
