What is being procured?
Geschuldet ist, soweit die jeweilige Leistungsstufe beauftragt ist, ein vollständiges, produktneutrales, widerspruchsfreies, kalkulierbares und wertbares Unterlagenwerk. Kern der Leistung ist die funktionale Leistungsbeschreibung als Leistungsbeschreibung mit Leistungsprogramm im Sinne von § 7c EU VOB/A bzw. § 7c VOB/A, soweit jeweils einschlägig.
