What is being procured?

The Norwegian Maritime Directorate's vision for the strategy period 2025-2028 is to be "The Preferred Maritime Administration". The strategy emphasises user orientation, effective use of resources and further development of digital services and work processes. The aim is to deliver modern and available systems that support both internal needs and interaction with the industry and other collaboration partners. To support this work, the Norwegian Maritime Directorate has over time established a service orientated platform - the total architecture - which is central for efficient case handling and digital services.
