What is being procured?

Beaumont Hospital intends to appoint a suitably-qualified and experienced works contractor to undertake modular expansion work and internal refurbishment works to the Emergency Department at Beaumont Hospital. As described by Volume C of the Invitation to Tender document, tenderers are required to provide costs for all phases of the envisaged works; for the avoidance of doubt, however, the Hospital reserves the right to award a contract for any combination of phases, depending upon final funding availability.
