What is being procured?
The framework agreement is for the procurement of printing paper for digital printing press/printers and plotters as described in annex 1 and annex 5 of the contract. We would like to enter into a contract for the delivery of the above mentioned products to The Norwegian Parliament, The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Norwegian Government Security and Service Organisation. The aim of the competition is to enter into a framework agreement to cover paper needs through environmental and cost efficient procurements.
