What is being procured?

Open tender contest in accordance with the Law on Public Procurements and the Public Procurement Regulations, parts I and part II. The objective of the procurement is to enter into a procurement contract for the purchase of 1 complete dye laser (PDL) for the Skin Department at Helse Stavanger HF including safety equipment, hand piece(s) necessary for intended use and any scanner(s) necessary for intended use. At the same time a framework agreement shall be signed for equipment dependent consumables (colour substances and consumables for the cooling system). In addition an option shall be offered for the following: - service, cf.
