Nyertes Ajánlattevő valamennyi Élelmiszert úgy köteles leszállítani, hogy azok a teljesítést követően az "Élelmiszer Könyv"-ben, illetve a "Gyártmánylap"-on meghatározott fogyaszthatósági, illetve minőség-megőrzési idő legalább 2/3-áig megőrizzék minőségüket (fogyaszthatóak legyenek).
