Veikkaus has procured and implemented a CRM solution Optimove, which is being used for multichannel personalised marketing. One of the used channels is SMS channel, which Veikkaus now wants to procure an SMS aggregator to work with. With this procurement, Veikkaus wants to procure an SMS aggregator, which can fully integrate to Optimove for sending SMS. It is estimated that Veikkaus will send approximately 5 million SMS messages a year at the start of the contract. Optimove will be the main system, to which the offered solution will be integrated.
