What is being procured?

(*ICOS - "Integrated Carbon Observation System" ist eine Europäische Forschungsinfrastruktur, die die wichtigsten anthropogenen Treibhausgase in direkten Messungen in einem Verbund von 12 Partnerländern erfasst.)
