What is being procured?

Background Tolga municipality shall establish a dynamic purchasing system for user-controlled personal assistance (BPA). The municipality currently stands for this, but would like experienced tenderers to take over the responsibility. The municipality needs a more robust and flexible scheme that can ensure stable and predictable operation for several users with different needs profiles. It is particularly important to ensure safe handling of absence, low turnover in the assistant group and good continuity of the service delivery. The dynamic purchasing system is being established to give the municipality continuous access to qualified tenderers who can provide complete BPA services, at the same time as user participation and structured cooperation with relatives and guardians.
