What is being procured?

The Health and Safety Authority are seeking the provision of Technical Recruitment Services for permanent, fixed term and temporary roles across a range of departments and divisions within the Contracting Authority. For payroll purposes please note the following: • Permanent placements will be paid through the Contracting Authority’s payroll. • Fixed-term placements will in the main be fixed-term contract placements paid through the Contracting Authority’s payroll. However, from time to time on an exceptional and adhoc basis the Contracting Authority may have a requirement for fixed-term agency resources. These fixed-term agency resources would be employed and paid directly by the Technical Recruitment agency. • Temporary Agency resources will be employed and paid directly by the Technical
