What is being procured?

Following on from the publication of a Periodic Indicative Notice in April 2026 (243960-2026), the NTA is establishing a MetroLink Programme Oversight and Assurance Team which shall coordinate, oversee, and work collaboratively with the delivery partners to ensure that MetroLink is delivered effectively, efficiently and that its benefits are realised. The MetroLink Programme Oversight and Assurance Team will be led by the NTA and augmented by the Successful Tenderer. The Successful Tenderer shall provide project support and day-to-day management of the oversight and assurance of MetroLink from the Approving Authority perspective.
