What is being procured?

Die Stadt Itzehoe beabsichtigt, Teile der ehemaligen Zementfabrik "Alsen" zu einem Kunst- und Kulturzentrum umzunutzen und benötigt dafür Planungsleistungen, welche durch ein Architekturbüro zu erbringen sind. Die hier vorliegende Ausschreibung betrifft die Architektenleistungen Objektplanung Gebäude und Innenräume nach § 34 HOAI. Eine umfangreiche Machbarkeitsstudie mit Nutzungskonzept liegt vor. Es erfolgt eine stufenweise Vergabe.
