What is being procured?

The procurement concerns winter maintenance of approx. 180-200 properties in Oslobygg KF ́s portfolio within health, care, culture and stand-by. The delivery includes mechanical and manual snow clearing, gritting, filling coats and spring sweeping. Several of the properties have 24 hour operation and social critical functions, including emergency services, fire stations, welfare buildings and other emergency properties, which sets high requirements for stand-by, response time and quality in the execution. The procurement is divided into two geographical sub-contracts (east and west), and a contract is planned to be signed with two tenderers - one per area. The contract period is eight years, with an estimated total contract value of NOK 130 million excluding VAT and a maximum limit of NOK
