What is being procured?

Through this procurement, the Public Health Agency of Sweden (PHAS) will purchase consultancy services that will provide technical assistance to Africa Center for Disease Control (Africa CDC), Division of Public Health Institutes and Research at Africa CDC Headquarters in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Two consultants are needed to support the implementation of a regional collaborative programme aiming at supporting and strengthening national public health institutes (NPHIs) in Africa, and more specifically, the cross-border collaboration and sharing of knowledge and experience of working with core functions of NPHIs in Africa.
