What is being procured?

The aim of this process is to procure a framework agreement that ensures the contracting authority the right to enter into call-off agreements for a future orientated system within electronic security, as well as service, support and maintenance. A contract shall be signed with one tenderer. The objective of the system is to ensure: reliable and continual physical security with real time notifications for efficient event handling, transparent, user friendly and efficient system administration and management, intuitive handling of access cards, users and access levels, high degree of operational security and traceability. The contracting authority intends to avoid supplier binding for both a software platform and physical access equipment. The system shall therefore be supplier independent
