What is being procured?

In order to strengthen the ability to detect, notify and handle IT events, the Norwegian Mapping Authority shall procure a 24 hour (24/7/365) service for proactive security monitoring and support for incident handling IT security events in the Contracting Authority's IT environment. This involves entering into a collaboration with a tenderer who provides a service that safeguards security monitoring, detection and incident management, where the security partner can also give the Contracting Authority quick access to expertise for assistance with major security incidents (IRT team).
