What is being procured?
Hjelmeland municipality carries out an open tender round to find a project owner to rent the work with the co-location of Årdal and Hjelmeland sheltered accommodation centres. A moglegheits study has been published for co-localisation in Hjelmeland. The new sheltered accommodation centre shall contain these services: • Heildøgns institution for long time (sjukeheim) • short term • home centre • occupational therapist • day centre • sheltered accommodation if the municipality shall operate a production kitchen, this should be co-housed with the welfare services.
