Background and purpose Troms County (hereafter called the contracting authority) is responsible for central social assignments within, among other things, regional development, sixth form college education, county roads and public transport, including school transport, public dental health service, cultural memorial protection and county library, outdoor life, distribution of betting funds and support for businesses.
