Hovedformålet med projektet er at etablere en komplet og funktionsdygtig energicentral indeholdende: • 19 MW elkedel • 8500 m3 trykløs varmeakkumuleringstank • 25 MW pumpe-/veksler anlæg som grænseflade mellem distributionsnettet til Frederikssund • 25 MW hovedpumpesystem til udpumpning på VF`s hovedsystem • 20MW 50/10kv transformeranlæg • Bygning tilpasset ovenfor beskrevne anlæg
