What is being procured?

Louth County Council has three closed landfills which are under licence by the EPA. At site Number 1-Whiteriver landfill, there are seven side slope risers each with a leachate submersible pump and level sensor. The depth of these pumps varies from between 30 and 80 metres. The Council as part of licence conditions are required to maintain a level below 1 metre in depth in each side slope riser sump. The lagoon level is required to be below 1.90 metres. All side slope risers and lagoons are linked by level sensors, programmable logic controllers and underground wiring to a scada system. The site is supplied by single and three phase supply.
