What is being procured?

These Framework Agreements aim at supporting the activities of the Advisory Services for Project Development Assistance and Horizontal Studies, Ecosystems Development and Corporate Governance advisory as follows: (i) Under Lot 1: Project Development Assistance (PDA), to projects originated and/or managed by the Growth Finance Advisory division and/or the Corporate Advisory division and falling under the InvestEU advisory mandate (or its relevant successor during the transition period if applicable). (ii) Under Lot 2: Horizontal activities supporting dedicated studies / in-depth research originated and/or managed by Growth Finance Advisory division and/or the Corporate Advisory division, in specific geographical areas (EU-27 and EFTA), industrial sub-sectors and markets, emerging technologi
