The rear extension of the building, constructed in the mid 1990s where the fit-out works are located was originally part of a Tesco supermarket. The extension is in turn part of a listed building, No. 2 Royal Avenue, originally the Belfast branch of the Provincial Bank of Ireland was constructed between 1864 and 1869 now operated by Belfast City Council as a community recreational and cultural space for multi-disciplinary uses.…
