What is being procured?

Norsk Tipping would like to enter into a framework agreement for Advisory services for large prize winners. The aim of the contract is to have a neutral and independent cooperation partner to offer guidance to anyone who wins prizes over NOK 2 million. The service is voluntary for the prize winner, but Norsk Tipping wants to ensure that those who want it get sufficient information and good advice connected to winning a larger cash prize. At the same time, it is important that the winner understands different aspects of winning a bigger prize, so that they experience safety in their new situation and get the most enjoyment of the cash prize. The requested service is mainly economic and legal guidance. Tenderers shall not give concrete advice on cash placements in named and specific objects.
