What is being procured?

Bus Éireann/Irish Bus intends to award a contract for the provision of a fully managed Wi-Fi solution. The scope of this contract will include the installation, supply of hardware, ongoing hardware and software maintenance, and end-user support services for onboard Wi-Fi across Bus Éireann vehicles, as well as connectivity solutions within Bus Éireann facilities. The contract will be established for an initial term of three (3) years, with the option to extend for up to two (2) additional periods of twelve (12) months each, subject to satisfactory performance and operational requirements. All proposed equipment must have a proven track record of successful deployment within bus environments across the European Union.
