What is being procured?

VR-Group Plc (hereinafter also “VR” or the “Contracting Authority”) initiates this procurement to ensure continued access to the Sumo Logic cloud-based log monitoring and analytics platform used across VR Group’s operations. VR Group consists of approximately 15 legal entities operating in Finland, Sweden and Latvia, employing more than 9,100 people. The Sumo Logic solution is currently widely used within VR, particularly in critical application environments, including sales channel systems, and plays a central role in monitoring, analyzing and managing system logs, supporting operational reliability, incident management and performance optimization. The procurement covers the provision of Sumo Logic subscription licenses and related license management services for the Contracting Authorit
