What is being procured?

Die Stadt Itzehoe beabsichtigt, die Freianlagen der ehemaligen Zementfabrik "Alsen" zu einer Multifunktionsfläche umzugestalten und benötigt dafür Planungsleistungen, welche durch ein Landschaftsarchitekturbüro zu erbringen sind. Die hier vorliegende Ausschreibung betrifft die Planungsleistung zum Leistungsbild Freianlagen nach § 39 HOAI. Eine umfangreiche Machbarkeitsstudie mit Nutzungskonzept liegt vor. Es erfolgt eine stufenweise Vergabe.
