What is being procured?

The MetroLink programme represents a transformative infrastructure investment that necessitates significant land use changes along its alignment. As part of these changes, existing sports facilities, including soccer pitches, will be displaced to accommodate the construction of the new metro system. To mitigate the impact on local communities and maintain continuity of sporting activities, it is essential to deliver high-quality replacement facilities in advance of or in parallel with the main works.
