What is being procured?

The Norwegian Parliament requires general janitor services for commuter residences. The service shall include both internal and external janitor assignments, as well as other ongoing needs that cannot be handled by internal resources. The agreement shall cover simple repairs and maintenance work, including minor joinery and carpentry assignments, collection and bringing assignments, cleaning garages, assistance with moving in and moving out, inspections and locking in/locking out tradesmen, replacement of white goods, simple snow shovelling, gritting and mechanical snow clearing in parking lots.
