What is being procured?

The competition is for a framework agreement that includes top competence within virtual work surface. The contracting authority currently uses terminal server technology from Citrix, Netscaler, Igel OS, Controlup, as well as Microsoft, but will continually assess current technology to cover the need. The Contracting Authority needs to procure product specific licenses (Microsoft licences have a separate agreement) in the agreement. The contracting authority also needs stand-by/support agreements under the framework agreement.
