What is being procured?
Oulun yliopisto ja Pohjois-Suomen opiskelija-asuntosäätiö (PSOAS) järjestävät yleisen kansainvälisen arkkitehtuurikilpailun yhteistyössä Oulun kaupungin, Pohjois- Pohjanmaan hyvinvointialue Pohteen ja Suomen Arkkitehtiliitto SAFA:n kanssa.
