What is being procured?

The Contracting Authority, (the Housing and Sustainable Communities Agency (Housing Agency)) wishes to establish a Framework of suitable qualified competent Chartered Engineers to survey, assess, sample, test and categorise dwellings in accordance with the current I.S. 465:2018+A1:2020 (I.S. 465) and the soon to be completed review of I.S. 465, issued for public consultation as the Draft I.S. 465:202X (revised I.S. 465). The Chartered Engineer will be required to provide certain Specialist Skills described elsewhere in these documents either through their own resources or through the use of sub-consultants. The Framework will last for a period of 2 years (Framework Period), which, at the sole discretion of the Housing Agency, may be extended by a further 2 years (maximum 4 years total). Th
