What is being procured?
In summary, the Services comprise: Services from an experienced Exhibition Space Organiser to provide end-to-end project and production management for the Innovation Spotlight as the Exhibition Space at the International AI Summit 2026 at the Royal Dublin Society (RDS), working in close collaboration with the Department of Enterprise, Tourism and Employment and Deloitte Ireland, the RDS, vendors, and relevant co-hosts and stakeholders. The successful tenderer will also be expected to engage with the chosen exhibitors and to ensure that the branding, look and feel and user experience is consistent with the overall International AI Summit Branding and strategic objectives.
