What is being procured?

This is the Selection Guide for the Selection Phase pertaining to HVC’s European tender on the basis of the competitive procedure with negotiations as referred to in Articles 2.30 and 2.31 of the Dutch Public Procurement Act. HVC Energie is intending to purchase an Energy Trading and Risk Management system to improve the current way of working and optimize business processes in the Energy Trading department. Currently, the organization relies on a basic deal capturing system and a workflow where many results and data are visualized through Power BI. Additionally, risk calculations, such as Value at Risk (VaR), are also performed by the department itself using Power BI.
