What is being procured?
PURPOSE AND SCOPE The Agency for Education is responsible for the design, execution and return of municipal tests, Oslo tests, in different disciplines/skills at a selection stage in primary and secondary schools. As a part of the work on design, quality assurance, implementation and return of results from the Oslo tests, the Agency for Education wants to enter into an agreement with a professional environment who will be responsible for the subject area "reading as basic skills" from the school year 2026/2027 until the end of the school year 2028/2029 with an option for up to two years. The chosen professional environment will be responsible for designing and executing existing tests in its current form, the coming school year 2026/2027.
