What is being procured?
LHP Skillnet is establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) to facilitate the provision of services for the period 2026 to 2028. The DPS will provide an ongoing mechanism that allows suitably qualified suppliers who meet the minimum eligibility and quality thresholds to apply for admission at any time during the life of the system. Unlike a traditional framework agreement, the DPS is fully electronic and remains open throughout its duration. Once admitted to the DPS, suppliers may be invited to participate in mini competitions for specific training requirements as they arise.
