What is being procured?

SUMMERVILLE LODGE - The removal of all loose furniture and fitted furniture to be stored in a container on site (location to be agreed on site). Removal of all plaster to highlighted areas and replaced with a new special dry lining system. Removal and re-fitting of all fitted shelving and storage units then full decorations to all walls and ceiling including re-glossing of all woodwork. All furniture to be reinstalled. SMALL MOUNT - The removal and replacement of all doors and windows both internally and externally. Remove and replace all floor coverings, architraves, skirting boards, remove and re-fit all sanitaryware to facilitate works.
