What is being procured?

Die ausgeschriebenen Arbeiten umfassen die Holzbauleistungen im Neubaubereich über Decke 1.OG aus Stahlbeton. Die Wände werden als Holztafelwände (Fertigteile), die Decken als CLT Deckenkonstruktion, teilweise mit Rippen ausgebildet. Die Bekleidung der Holztafelwände erfolgt mit Gipsfaserplatten innen- und außenseitig. Die Decken liegen zusätzlich auf Stützen und Unterzügen aus Furnierschichtholz bzw- Brettholz auf.
