What is being procured?
The Contracting Authority proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of a panel from which it may source service providers for the provision of suitable venues to host Conferences, meetings and provide accommodation. The British-Irish Parliamentary Assembly (BIPA) is a forum to promote co-operation between senior political representatives in Britain and Ireland. Its members engage in a wide range of non legislative parliamentary activities, through plenary meetings and ongoing Committee work. Bi-annual Plenary meetings alternate between Ireland and the UK. The Contracting Authority intends to source service providers for the provision of suitable venues to host a BIPA Plenary Conference in the South and West regions of Ireland.
