What is being procured?

Provision of Music Agent and Adhoc Entertainment Services General Specification of Requirements HRI Racecourses invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of musical entertainment and ad hoc entertainment services. The scope of services includes: • Securing headline acts for Bulmer’s Live at Leopardstown Series, artist liaison, and delivery of supporting entertainment • Band and entertainment services for major festivals and standard race fixtures including Dublin Racing Festival, Christmas Festival, family day, Student Race Day and Irish Champions Festival • The contract may also include the provision of entertainment services for other ad hoc events across various racecourses.
