The project aims to increase children’s access to high-quality early childhood care and education in pre-primary institutions, as well as to improve learning conditions for students in primary and secondary (general and vocational) schools. The primary school in City Kvart has been conceived as a contemporary educational facility, designed in accordance with principles of openness, flexibility, and strong integration with the local community. The design focuses on creating a stimulating environment that supports children’s learning and everyday activities, while also enabling a gradual transformation of the traditional model of primary education.
