What is being procured?
Bergen municipality has a long-term need to strengthen capacity within 24 hour care services and would therefore like to enter into a cooperation with the Seller/Developer on the purchase and further development of a property. The aim is to facilitate the establishment of a modern nursing home with approx. 160-200 residential rooms, designed in accordance with the current requirements for quality, patient safety and future needs in the health and welfare sector. The project shall be carried out as a collaboration between Bergen municipality and the seller/developer. This means that the parties shall work together to ensure good technical, functional and economic solutions, as well as an appropriate progress.
