What is being procured?

The European Parliament is seeking to establish a list of experts to provide independent external expertise to its Directorate-General for Security and Safety (DG SAFE). This expertise would relate to issues within DG SAFE’s scope of interests and responsibilities. The list of experts will be set up under Article 242 of the EU Financial Regulation. This list will be valid for five years from the date of its publication and may be used throughout this period, whenever Parliament deems it appropriate. This call is exclusively addressed to experts with scientific, academic, operational and research experience in security and safety issues, as specified in paragraph 3.2.
