What is being procured?

TU Dublin seek to establish 2 Frameworks consisting of a maximum 5 participants of contractors on each Lot, to be requested to tender for: Lot 1 works from €0.00 to €250,000 which will be run under mini competitions. Lot 2 works from €250,000 to €1,000,000 which will be run under mini competitions The works will be carried out on TU Dublin Campuses: City Campus, Tallaght Campus and Blanchardstown Campus. Candidates can apply for Lot 1 or Lot 2 or both Lots. Lot 1 Works Framework may include, but is not limited to: Glazing Works, Flooring Works, Carpentry, Locksmith, Painting, Roofing, Minor Refurbishments Lot 2 Works Framework may include, but is not limited to: General Building Works for refurbishments, Extensions, Demolitions and Alterations to Existing Structures Repair and Refurbishmen
