Čo je predmetom obstarávania?
The objective of the procurement is to acquire a new terahertz spectroscopy and imaging system suitable for research use for the AEC / MIC unit. The system will complement the infrastructure for materials manufacturing, processing, sample preparation, and microscopic examination developed within the FIRI project by introducing a non-contact electromagnetic characterization method for the sub-THz/THz frequency range. The system can be used to characterize the electromagnetic properties of materials, coatings, printed structures, composites, and ceramics without damaging the sample. The measurable quantities are the amplitude and phase of the transmitted radiation and absorption coefficient derived from them.…
