Norwegian Police Shared Services, hereafter called the contracting authority, shall enter into a framework agreement for the procurement of a patrol vehicle for the police in Norway. The contract shall be valid for the Norwegian Police Service as well as the Norwegian Police Security Service (not exclusive).
