Norwegian Police Shared Services, hereafter called the contracting authority, shall enter into a framework agreement for the procurement of a patrol vehicle for the police in Norway. The contract shall be valid for the Norwegian Police Service as well as the Norwegian Police Security Service (not exclusive). The police have a total of approx. 1,500 patrol vehicles, of which approx. 80% are uniformed and 20% civilians. The aim of the procurement is to enter into framework agreements for patrol vehicles within the main categories of patrol vehicles that the police currently have for Norway.…
