The scope of works includes stripping out existing fixed laboratory furniture and floor coverings, subfloor levelling, creating a structural opening between the preparation area and laboratory, complete modifications and testing of mechanical and electrical installations including dedicated science gas lines, water supplies, waste infrastructure, and heating adjustments.
