Internal refurbishment and modernisation of two Science Laboratories and one shared Preparation Area at De La Salle College, Dundalk, County Louth. The scope of works includes stripping out existing fixed laboratory furniture and floor coverings, subfloor levelling, creating a structural opening between the preparation area and laboratory, complete modifications and testing of mechanical and electrical installations including dedicated science gas lines, water supplies, waste infrastructure, and heating adjustments. It also includes the installation of new laboratory grade sheet flooring, suspended ceilings, blackout roller blinds, and custom fitted lab cabinetry. External works comprise the provision and assembly of a secure bike shelter for up to 30 bicycles.…
