Our people are at the heart of our business and our ambition is to have a strong programme of internal communications that also provides great two-way comms initiatives. To achieve this, we need to drive the level of interaction and two-way engagement with our people. We believe communications should be simple, easy, and accessible for all. Our current platforms and channels are quite traditional and while we’re achieving good interaction levels, we want to do better.
